Consumer Behaviour

This seminar introduces students to key theoretical issues in consumer behavior, provides them with an understanding of the use of various conceptual and empirical approaches to the study of consumer behavior and enables strong critical thinking when reading academic work. The course includes topics in motivation, personality, self concept, attitude formation, memory, judgment, decision-making and other aspects of consumer behavior theory. Prerequisites: BU812
